All donations made through the Website are non-refundable.
The Donor must provide true, accurate, and complete information when making a donation.
Donations are accepted in Omani Rial (OMR) and are invested based on the prevailing investment unit value. The portion of the donation allocated for investment is deducted from the total donation amount, while any remaining balance is accumulated until it reaches the minimum threshold required for investment.
The Fund is committed to protecting the personal data of Users and Donors and will not share such data with any third party without prior consent, unless disclosure is required by law.
The Fund reserves the right to use data for statistical and analytical purposes, provided that the User’s personal identity is not disclosed.
The Gheras Endowment Investment Fund shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Website or the inability to access it.
The Fund does not guarantee that the Website will operate uninterrupted or be free from technical errors.
