Established through the collective support of local residents and donors, this endowment comprises a mixed-use residential and commercial building whose proceeds are allocated to the mosque and its facilities, including staff salaries. It also supports the needs of the Qur’an school for both male and female students, in addition to various educational and cultural programs and activities. Furthermore, it funds the mosque council, which serves the educational and social needs of the local community, including providing iftar meals for fasting individuals during the holy month of Ramadan.
