Mission
To contribute to building a righteous citizen connected to the Holy Quran through an advanced institutional waqf-based Quranic system that combines authenticity and modernity, adheres to Islamic guidelines, and relies on sound planning and effective implementation. The aim is to develop an Omani society that excels in reciting, memorizing, reflecting upon, and applying the teachings of the Holy Quran.

Objectives

• Correcting Quranic recitation and memorizing the Holy Quran through a precise and well-structured methodology.
• Graduating proficient memorizers of the Quran and preparing them to participate in local and international competitions.
• Preparing and qualifying male and female teachers of the Holy Quran to work efficiently in Quranic learning circles.
• Promoting and teaching the sciences of Quranic recitations and Quranic studies through progressive and specialized levels.
• Instilling reverence for the Holy Quran and connecting different segments of society with it through Quranic circles, courses, and diverse educational programs.
