The Barka Public Endowment Foundation represents a pillar of social solidarity within Wilayat Barka, enabling community participation in establishing and developing sustainable endowment projects and assets to serve as ongoing charity (sadaqah jariyah) for donors. The Foundation works in collaboration with volunteer committees composed of qualified local youth, alongside supportive local institutions. It also undertakes the restructuring of legacy endowments—transitioning them from individual management to a fully institutional framework—while revitalizing the culture of endowment through development-driven initiatives and innovative investment approaches.
